Musti has released “Before the Party’s Over”, the Belgian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö.
“Before the Party’s Over” was released this morning. Le 8/9, broadcast on La Une and Tipik Radio. The official music video for the song was released on La Une and Eurovision’s official YouTube channel.
“Before the Party’s Over” was written by Musti himself. The last part of the song features the following choir: Over 1,000 recordings from members of the public. Musti asked for members. public They submitted recordings of parts of the songs, from which a choir was created.
Musti was internally selected for Malmö’s Belgium squad. He was revealed for the first time as a participant in Eurovision 2024.
Gustav will represent Belgium at Eurovision 2023, singing “Because of You.” He placed 7th in the final with 182 points. This was Belgium’s best result since 2017 and the second best song in Flemish Eurovision history.

Belgium participates in Eurovision Song Contest
Belgium was one of the first seven countries to take part in the first edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in 1956. The country has only ever won the contest once, in 1986.
