Singapore Art Week 2024 will showcase the city’s vibrant culture with over 150 events, over 400 artists, exciting art fairs and unique installations.
Art lovers from all over the world flock to Singapore for the 12th Singapore Art Week 2024, an event that attracts those passionate about the arts. From January 19th to 28th, the city will be abuzz with more than 150 of his art events, attracting tourists from all over the world to experience a diverse art show by more than 400 renowned national and international artists.
This year, the National Arts Council, with support from the Singapore Tourism Board, achieved great results in hosting a series of dynamic art fairs including SEA Focus and ART SG. The event will also highlight Light to Night Singapore as well as a number of captivating experiences at various museums and galleries, complemented by enlightening talks and tours.
The festival is enriched by a variety of public art installations, exhibitions, and gallery showcases, making it a comprehensive cultural feast. Major exhibitions such as ‘OBSESSIONS’ at Beauty World Center, ‘INTERWOVEN’ at Telok Kurau Studios and ‘Crossroads: Random Access Memory’ showcase the talents of artists such as Syahrul Anuar and Priyageetha Dia. Innovative “Print”<'Calligraphy.Motifs'>” exhibition and “THE 5TH VH AWARD Exhibition” celebrate Asian new media artists, while “Alternative Ecology: The Community” and “The Sound of Sound – Colors in” at Courtyard @ Objectifs “Dream” at Telok Kurau Studios offers a unique artistic interpretation.
Public art projects like “The Everyday Vinyl – Community Collaging” creatively engage the community, while “Light to Night 2024: Reimagine” at the Singapore National Gallery provides an immersive experience.
