A new concept by the Omote team, this udon-centered restaurant serves four types of udon noodles from each prefecture of Japan: Hoto from Yamanashi Prefecture, Sanuki from Kagawa Prefecture (classic), Himokawa from Gunma Prefecture, and Hippari (classic). Serve udon. The thinnest among the four) made in Yamagata Prefecture.
