On the first day of Singapore Art Week 2024, we gathered in the luxurious reception area of ​​Whitestone Gallery. Hidden within an industrial park in Tanjong Pagar Distripark, the space’s cavernous entrance is covered in striking wooden geometric patterns. Blending his Old Master style work with the sci-fi world of Lobster Planet, it delves into the pivotal role technology plays in shaping humanity today. As part of the exhibition, his giant inflatable sculpture of a cartoon lobster will also be installed in Fullerton Bay, inviting passersby from all walks of life to interact with his art.
