BRUSSELS (BRAIN) – Belgian electric bike brand Cowboy has launched an at-home mobile service to support riders in Europe.

On-demand services include maintenance, bike set-up, puncture repair, and rear rack and child seat installation. All reservations are made through the Cowboy mobile app. Prices for the on-demand service start from 69 euros ($74).

“As part of our strategic focus this year, we are prioritizing after-sales support across our business,” Cowboy co-founder and chief technology officer Tanguy Goretti told BRAIN. “Our goal is to simplify the process of getting started and maintaining a bike, allowing our customers to seamlessly incorporate cycling into their lives.
