Singapore is becoming a destination for global stars to showcase their talents. Evidence of this statement can be seen in the various performances scheduled to take place in the country in 2024. Celebrities including singers Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Coldplay, as well as comic book legend Jerry Seinfeld, will perform in Singapore as part of the tour.
In addition to them, the country will also see performances from veterans and up-and-coming stars from K-Pop to J-Pop and even the international music scene.
Some of these performers will perform one show, while several others, including Swift and Coldplay, will have multiple performances.
Coldplay will return to Singapore for the first time in seven years to captivate music lovers in the country. This British rock band had been here in 2017 as part of her two-night Ahead Full of Dreams tour. This year, Chris Martin and his band will perform in a six-part series.
The Music of the Spheres World Tour performance will be held at the National Stadium, where a concert was held seven years ago.
These six performances will be held on January 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th, 30th, and 31st. According to ticketmaster.sg, “All six of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres shows in Singapore are sold out! Coldplay become the first artists ever to play six nights at Singapore’s National Stadium. Ta.”
Coldplay won’t be the only band rocking Singapore in January.
A packed January for music lovers
This coming January 7th, Los Angeles-based indie pop duo Fly By Midnight will perform at Esplanade Annex Studios. The lineup, consisting of singer-songwriter Justin Bright and producer/singer-songwriter Slavo, will perform as part of the Anemoia 24 tour. Participants must pay S$108 to attend this standing-only gig.
On January 11th, Japanese duo YOASOBI will perform at Resorts World Sentosa Ballroom. Band members and J-Pop artists Ayase and I Kura have achieved their dream of breaking various records and amassing 400 million streams in 2023. Tickets for this performance are already sold out.
ENHYPEN group’s K-pop stars Jungwon, Heesung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, and Niki will perform twice during the Fate World Tour in Japan. These performances will take place on January 20 and 21 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Tickets start from S$148.
American singer-songwriter and actor Melanie Martinez will captivate audiences with her alter ego “Cry Baby” on January 25th. The alternative pop singer’s Portals Tour will be held at the Singapore Expo. Tickets start from S$108.
Ed Sheeran’s February tour
A music show to be held in Singapore in February will be led by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. The 32-year-old’s + – =÷x tour will be held at the National Stadium on his February 16th. Tickets start from S$88.
Sheeran last performed in the country in 2019.
On February 16th, there will be a clash and music lovers will be spoiled for choice. Sheeran will perform at the National Stadium, The Star Theater and The Star Performing Arts Center Singapore, and will also host K-Pop girl group STAYC.
This emerging group consists of band members Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J, and will be performing as part of their first world tour, “TEENFRESH”. Tickets start from S$148.
Singer-songwriter Eric Nam is scheduled to perform his House on a Hill world tour in Singapore on February 18, 2024. The performance will take place at Mediacorp’s The Theater. Ticket prices start from S$98.
Following STAYC, another K-pop girl group IVE is scheduled to perform in Singapore in February. Ahn Yoo-jin, Ga Eul, Ray, Jang Won-young, Liz, and Iso are scheduled to perform their hit songs at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on February 24th.

Taylor Swift will go on 6 dates in March
New billionaire singer Taylor Swift will bring her acclaimed The Eras Tour to Singapore in March. The 12 Grammy Award winners will perform at the National Stadium on March 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, and 9th.
According to ticketmaster.sg, all tickets for her show are sold out.
Apart from Swift, K-pop boy band SHINee will also be seen performing on March 2nd. The veteran group will perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Swift’s other dates conflict with another band’s performance. This time, Canadian rock band Sum 41 will perform for the last time before disbanding.
The farewell tour will be held on March 4th at The Star Theater at The Star Performing Arts Center. Ticket prices start from S$98.
The Star Theater will also host a live show with singer Jack Johnson on March 7th. Tickets are available from S$99.
On March 16, Thai singer-songwriter Jeff Satur will perform at the Capitol Theater as part of Space Shuttle 8’s Asia tour. At his solo concert, he may be seen performing recent singles. Tickets start from S$108.
Singing legend Rod Stewart will dazzle music lovers with two shows on March 16th and 17th at Sands Expo and Convention Center, Sands Grand Ballroom, Level 5. The two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is currently in the midst of his career. Live in Concert, One Last Time multi-year tour. Starting in 2022. Tickets start from S$150.
American singer, rapper, and songwriter Amber Liu will perform at Mediacorp’s The Theater on March 20th. The Can’t Go Yet singer stops in Singapore while traveling for her No More Sad Songs tour. Tickets start from S$88.
For a different flavor, attend stand-up comic Okatsuko’s show at CineLeisure’s Golden Village x The Projector. The show will run from March 29th to 31st. Tickets for the Full Grown Tour start from S$68.50.
Niall Horan and Jerry Seinfeld
After a brief hiatus, the country will welcome former One Direction member Niall Horan. The singer is scheduled to perform at an indoor stadium on May 9th. Tickets start from S$108. Horan last performed in the city-state in 2018 as part of her Flickr World Tour.
In June, famous comic Jerry Seinfeld will perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Legend’s one night only show will be held on his June 14th. Tickets are on sale from S$142.

“Then I decided that I had to end up listening to all her songs, analyzing the lyrics and seeing her live,” Deepashree was quoted as saying by the media.
