SINGAPORE: Bruno Mars is scheduled to perform for the third time at the National Stadium Singapore on April 3, after the April 5 and 6 performances quickly sold out on January 20.
Live Nation Singapore announced additional performances by the renowned American singer-songwriter on social media on January 20th.
The entertainment company announced that tickets for its “third and final show” on April 3 will go on sale from noon on January 25.
On the same day, Ticketmaster Singapore will also be releasing additional tickets for pop sensation Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour concert, which will be held over six nights from March 2 to March 9.
Mars tickets are priced between S$108 and S$598.
Advance sales for his first show on April 5th kicked off at 11 a.m. on January 19th and sold out quickly.
Live Nation said a second performance was added on April 6 in response to “incredible demand.” However, general tickets for both performances sold out quickly on January 20th, prompting concert organizers to add a third performance on April 3rd.
Some fans who had not yet secured tickets were happy to hear about the third performance and try their luck on January 25th.
Some people lamented on social media that they would not be able to attend the additional performance because it would be on a weekday.
Known for hits like “Just The Way You Are” and “It Will Rain,” Mars has a huge fan base around the world, with more than 32 million followers on Instagram.
