Emirates to hire 5,000 cabin crew worldwide in 2024, including Belgium

Emirates is gearing up for a major expansion, with plans to increase its cabin crew by 25% by adding 5,000 new members. The Dubai-based airline is encouraging graduates and young professionals from around the world to apply as part of a global recruitment campaign aimed at improving the air travel experience for passengers.

Emirates primarily targets newly employed individuals, inviting those with experience in hospitality or customer service, or those seeking an exciting career in global travel. Successful candidates will join the world’s largest international airline, receive extensive training from industry-leading instructors, and enjoy the benefits of being part of an iconic brand.

The recruitment drive includes open days and assessments in more than 460 cities across six continents throughout 2024, demonstrating the airline’s vast network and the diversity of its cabin crew. Emirates will hire 8,000 crew members in 2023, bringing the total to over 21,500 by August.

Belgium is the center of recruitment activity and eight full-day sessions will be held.
