Mr Khan has worked for Standard Chartered for almost his entire career, apart from a two-year stint at fellow financial services giant Maybank.
Over the past several decades, he has held a variety of management positions related to technology, payments, and e-commerce, culminating in his current role.
Mr. Khan has extensive experience bringing order and structure to complex business and financial services, enabling him to achieve great success with global product development and large-scale corporate transformation.
Key areas of expertise include transaction banking, core banking, payments, cards, trade finance, channels and securities.
A talented writer, Khan is a published book author and his works and research have been published in scientific journals and newspapers.
He confesses to being “obsessed” with institutionalizing operational efficiency and crack-free governance across business and technology, using technology to identify, create and deliver value to the business at every level. I am passionate about this.
