Tilt has appointed Madina Karyaeva, former head of M&C Saatchi Singapore, as managing director and partner.

In his most recent role at M&C Saatchi, he played a key role in adding clients such as Epson SEA, WWF Singapore, Maybank and SMU to the portfolio.
