Procurement and Supply Chain In his keynote address at LIVE Singapore, Gautam Pal, Shell’s Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Lubricants Business, will discuss procurement and supply chain transformation.
Pal is a seasoned leader with extensive hands-on experience in all five pillars of supply chain: planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and digital. During his career, Pal has overseen large and complex supply chain operations including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and network optimization.
In his role as Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Lubricants Business, Pal reports to the Executive Vice President and leads a COE team of 12 direct reports, an expanded team of 225 people, and 5,000 global employees. Masu. Pal is responsible for supply chain transformation, world-class manufacturing and supply chain, engineering, digital strategy, and capability development.
