SINGAPORE — Hard rock icons Deep Purple will perform their head-banging anthem ‘Smoke’ when they perform at Fort Canning Park on May 1 as part of the Singapore Rockfest 2024 concert series by LAMC Productions.・We are planning to bring “On the Water” to Singapore.

The British quintet, formed in 1967, last performed in Singapore in 2013. They have released 22 albums, many of which are definitive classics of the rock genre, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.

Their current lineup consists of three members from their 1970s heyday: drummer Ian Paice, bassist Roger Glover, and singer Ian Gillan. Other members are keyboardist Don Airey and guitarist Simon McBride.

Tickets will go on sale to LAMC members on February 14th at 10am, and the general public will be able to purchase tickets via Sistic starting February 16th at 10am. Ticket prices have not yet been announced.
