International IT and management consulting firm Delaware adds three new partners to its executive team Home market in Belgium.
François Jokot is a management consulting partner. Jaukot, a former Accenture and PwC partner, has been based in Delaware since the third quarter of 2022.
During his career, he has guided clients through large-scale digital transformation and technology-driven innovation across a wide range of sectors and functions. He focuses on the retail and consumer goods sector.
Sven Pereman He has over 25 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. He most recently joined Delaware State following his summer 2023 acquisition of his 40-person Salesforce consulting firm, Cloud Innovation, in Ghent. This company he founded and led until its sale to the state of Delaware.
As a partner in Delaware, Mr. Pelleman will focus on further expanding Salesforce’s operations in Belgium and within the region. He further aims to serve as a mentor in guiding future leaders.
Stephane Vandeput He is a long-time member of Delaware County, joining the company 20 years ago. Starting out as a software engineer, he has since held several positions and gained seniority, and is now the Benelux practice leader for digital operations.
In his new partner role, Mr. Vandeput will support and grow Delaware’s digital operations, including the firm’s international markets.
