Nguyen and Koolmainen bring a wealth of experience from Herbert Smith Freehills. Their expertise includes advising on complex cross-border financial transactions specific to the aviation sector.
Mr. Kolemainen’s practice focuses on advising financial institutions and borrowers on aviation financing transactions, export credit agency financing, operating leases, and aircraft transactions.
Mr. Nguyen has over 10 years of experience in the aviation finance sector. His client portfolio includes some of the world’s leading aircraft lessors, international banks and airlines.
