A towering presence: the reimagined store is worthy of one of the world’s great airport terminals

Singapore. Lotte Duty Free today celebrates the grand re-opening of its Central Duplex Store in Changi Airport Terminal 3.

The Moody David Report will be on-site for the event, which will culminate with a dinner tonight at Jewel Cloud9 Piazza.

Lotte Duty Free “ushers in a new era of innovation and luxury in travel retail,” he said.

The store said the reimagined store will offer a series of novel experiences featuring “cutting-edge elements” and exclusive products, ensuring an “unparalleled shopping experience” for Changi passengers.

This duplex store has a towering presence in the heart of Terminal 3’s transit area.

From the all-glass facade, Lotte’s diverse products and innovatively designed interior can be seen from a distance.

A dazzling 8-meter LED media wall invites travelers into the store.

Terminal 3 Departure Central Duplex Store is home to the world’s first shop-in-shop boutique, inspired by the House of Suntory, a unique embodiment of Japanese art and culture.

This space features a wide selection of premium spirits, including the 100th anniversary limited release Hibiki 21 Year Old and the region’s first Toki Whiskey release.

Another shop-in-shop will introduce a symphony of cutting-edge digital experiences, featuring “revolutionary” 3D screens, state-of-the-art digital sommeliers and personalized interactions.

This area is anchored by the first-ever Penfolds 3D screen, allowing patrons to immerse themselves in an enchanting visual adventure created exclusively for the Lotte T3 store. The immersive video content is designed to enhance the wine brand’s ‘Beyond’ experience and encapsulate Penfolds’ fearless approach to uncovering the hidden realms of winemaking.

To celebrate the store opening, Penfolds has unveiled a themed gondola showcasing its 2023 gift collection inspired by the mysteries of the sea.
