The results were decided by a 50% jury (domestic and international), 25% public vote, and 25% democratic jury.
The top four groups advanced to the finals.
The jury voted as follows and awarded maximum points to: Neblossa and st pedro.
For the first time in the festival’s history, there was a tie in the jury votes.
This is how the democratic jury voted, scoring the most points. Jorge González.
This left a mere two points difference between the top two acts.
