Nebulossa is a duo from Alicante consisting of Maria Bas and Mark Dasoura. Formed in 2018, they mainly sing electropop music.

At a recent press conference in the lead-up to the 2024 Benidorm Fest, Mark admitted that it was Maria’s dream to go to Eurovision and that she is motivated to make it a reality.

For the third year in a row, Spain has used Benidormfest to qualify for Eurovision. The show took place in the city of Benidorm for a full week and was divided into his three shows: two semi-finals and one final.

The show was hosted by Ruth Lorenzo (Spain 2014), Marc Caldero and Ana Prada and was held at the Palau Municipal Sports Lila de Benidorm in Benidorm. The voting method was the same as last year, with 50% jury voting, demoscopic jury voting (25%), and televoting (25%).
