The Belgian royal family unveiled two new portraits this weekend to mark Queen Mathilde’s 51st birthday.

The royal family shared the news on Instagram that Belgium’s first-born Queen Mathilde celebrated her special day yesterday.

The royal appeared in good spirits as she posed for the cameras at Domaine Royale de Laken-Koninckleik, the official residence of the Belgian royal family in Brussels.

And the mother of four showed off her typically stylish look in a new portrait.

She added a touch of glamor to her outfit with a pair of £55 resin ‘Gabriel’ earrings by Cezanne. This is the same one worn by the Princess of Wales during a polo match in 2019.

The second image offered a full-body shot of the royal, in which she casually posed with one hand in her pocket while looking to the side of the camera.

This comes after Queen Mathilde of Belgium made a stylish appearance at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos last week.

The Queen appeared at the prestigious financial event wearing an elegant wine-colored two-piece set.

The forum, which runs from January 15 to 19 each year, is expected to attract not only the world’s banking heavyweights, but also business leaders and numerous members of the royal family.

The Belgian royal family was spotted arriving at their Belgian mansion in Davos, Switzerland, without her husband King Philippe.

She was photographed presiding over a roundtable discussion wearing a red, high-neck, long-sleeved blouse with puff sleeves.

To match, she wore red straight pants and black leather platform shoes.
