Singapore Tourism Board (STB) brings authentic Singapore experiences to life with augmented reality (AR), powered by Google’s ARCore geospatial AI, allowing international visitors to explore new sights around the city’s landmarks at the touch of a finger. We help you discover spots.

STB is one of the first tourism partners in Google’s ARCore early access program. The program will allow developers to build their location-based AR experiences in over 100 countries without having to physically go there.

Some of the experiences include exploring the grounds of Singapore’s first post office (now the iconic Fullerton Hotel) and virtually sending a postcard to a loved one. See a life-sized bumboat at the Great Emporium stop and learn about the historical importance of the Singapore River. Reveal hidden gems such as Peranakan His Tiles Gallery, a local Chinatown business that displays tiles salvaged from demolished stores. Maxwell Food Center offers must-try hawker cuisine.
