Singapore | Reminder: Please send your latest sales figures to EP eService

Must read

Employers are asked to submit their latest sales figures for the 2023 financial year to the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.

  • You may not be able to complete or submit a new online application until your employer has submitted your turnover, which may result in processing delays.
  • If the sales figures are not yet available, the user can answer “No” and update the information received.
  • If your employer has indicated that turnover figures are unavailable or zero ($0) for the past few years, you may want to update these figures as well. Sponsoring companies that do not have up-to-date financial information are reportedly subject to additional scrutiny and work pass applications may be rejected.
  • Additional information: The Department of Labor launched a new EP eService earlier this year to replace EP Online. All EP and S Pass transactions are available through the new EP eService. The launch of EP eService aimed to provide an improved digital experience, making it more user-friendly and intuitive.

BAL analysis: Employers are asked to provide updated sales figures for 2023 through the EP eService on MyMOMPortal. An employee can also complete renewals through her CorpPass. The government is asking employers to update their previous financial year’s sales data in the system before submitting further applications. Sponsoring companies are encouraged to complete the requirements early to avoid delays in application submission.
