The 1996 Barcelona Olympics produced something the world had never seen before. It is a United States basketball team made up of all the stars of the NBA, including Jordan, Magic, Bird, Barkley, Stockton, Malone, Ewing, Drexler, Robinson, and more. Needless to say, there was no real competition, and they featured Olympic golf emphatically, cementing Barcelona’s reputation as a must-see city.
It’s been nearly 30 years, but there’s still a dream team around town. It’s a great golf club that forms part of Barcelona’s golf destination and recently I was lucky enough to visit some of them and was treated to lots of food and drink. The joys this region has to offer.
First up is Real Club de Golf El Prat. Its name comes from the area where the current airport is located. It started in the town center in the early 1900s, moved to the suburbs when more room was needed for the airport’s expansion, and gave El Prat Golf the opportunity to build a 45-hole complex a little further inland in a nature preserve. provided.

Most holes have views of the Mediterranean Sea, and the food is excellent, especially from the clubhouse, which is perched on a hill overlooking the course.
