When contacted by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, integrated communications agency VCCP Singapore has appointed Anh Nguyen (pictured) as head of its new creative group, the agency revealed.he will report to Mr. Andrew Hook, Executive Creative Director of VCCP Singapore.
As Head of VCCP Singapore’s Creative Group, Nguyen will use creativity to solve business problems for the agency’s clients.
From ideation to execution, he drives innovation and ensures that VCCP Singapore’s efforts reach consumers across all mediums. Nguyen will also serve as a mentor to younger team members and will help foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Nguyen joins the agency after serving as a senior copywriter at KVUR for just over a year. At KVUR, we combined the agility of a leading agency and a start-up to deliver innovative and creative solutions. He worked with clients such as Hilton, Ascott, Acuvue, 3M, and Mercer during his tenure.
Previously, Nguyen was a copywriter at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, a position she held for just under four years. In that role, Mr. Nguyen conceptualized, developed and commissioned external vendors to execute his Apple integration campaigns at the APAC and global level. He retired from his position in 2023.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen worked at IriVCCP Singapore where he creatively appointed Regional Head of Client Services. Here he developed and delivered pitches for Starbucks APAC and Guinness Singapore, as well as working on accounts such as F1, IHG, Samsung and Abbott.

Nguyen’s appointment comes shortly after the company appointed Ismail Joma as its new head of planning for Asia Pacific. With years of experience coaching multiple teams across different continents, Jooma has gained a wealth of experience and a dynamic perspective on Asian culture and trends. In his role, Jooma develops strategies that inspire a wealth of creative ideas that drive business outcomes.
