After the grand announcement of the seven artists competing in Finland, Uden Mushkin Killpile (UMK) 2024, Finnish broadcaster Yle is dropping one lyric video for each entry. The fourth artist to be unveiled is jesse merkin with his song “Glow”.

He was named Newcomer of the Year and the album won the Critics’ Choice Award at the annual Emma Gala (Finnish Grammy Awards). His popularity has seen him sell out performances everywhere from the iconic rock club Tavastia to the massive stages of Flow Festival.
There were also attempts to brand Mirkin as a rapper, but he felt it was too restrictive. He says he understands that many artists choose a single genre and style to focus on. But Mirkin wanted to infuse different worlds into his music.
