Cillian Murphy made awards ceremony history by becoming the first Irish-born actor to win Best Actor at the 2024 BAFTAs.
The Cor Cork star was named Best Actor at the BAFTAs in London on Sunday for his role in Oppenheimer, which also won Best Picture and directed by Christopher Nolan. He received numerous awards, including awards.
