Mystery shopping company Dive acquires Denmark’s Shoptimizer

Dive, the Nordic mystery shopping and customer service improvement specialist, has acquired Danish mystery shopping company Shoptimizer.
Dive has representative offices in eight countries in the region in Northern Europe, the Baltics and Poland, has its own data and research business, and is part of STATCO, a group of companies that includes RAIT and Intra. In the last six years, the company has acquired Lithuanian company DOOR Training, Danish company Servicemind, Norwegian distributor Ukjent Kunde, Finland’s Palvelu Plus, Sweden-based Nordic Mystery Shopping, Poland’s MRtec and another Swedish company Custitude. Founded for nearly 20 years, Shoptimizer uses methods such as mystery shopping, exit interviews, and store checks to analyze and optimize “moments of truth” to improve customer experiences and drive brand loyalty.
