Investing.com – Danish stocks fell after the close on Friday, with sector losses leading the decline in stocks.

It was down 0.27% at the Copenhagen close.

The best performers in the session are: Genmab (CSE:), up 1.77% or 34.50 points to close at 1,984.50. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/SB (CSE:) he added 1.13% (3.90 points) to finish at 350.30. Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:) rose 1.03% or 5.40 points to 531.60 in late trade.

The worst performer of the session was AP Moller – Maersk A/SB (CSE:), which fell 4.73% (640.00 points) to close at 12,895.00. AP Moeller – Maersk A/SA (CSE:) fell 4.54% or 600.00 points to end at 12,630.00 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) fell 2.57% or 32.50 points to end at 1,230.00.

On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, declining issues outnumbered advancing issues 76 to 66, with 16 issues ending unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery fell 0.26% (0.19%) to $73.76 per barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude oil for March delivery fell 0.11% (0.09%) to $79.01 per barrel, while February gold futures rose 0.28% ($5.65) per troy ounce. It was traded at $2,027.25 per unit.

USD/DKK remained unchanged by 0.06% at 6.85, and EUR/DKK remained unchanged by 0.03% at 7.46.

Dollar index futures fell 0.16% to 103.14.
