Investing.com – Danish stocks fell after the close on Monday, with sector losses leading the decline.
It was down 0.32% at the Copenhagen close.
The best performer of the session was Carlsberg A/SB (CSE:), increasing by 0.97% (8.80 points) to close at 916.60. Meanwhile, AP Moller – Maersk A/SA (CSE:) added 0.78% or 100.00 points to close at 12,920.00, while AP Moller – Maersk A/SB (CSE:) rose 0.69% or 90.00 points in late trade. It ended at 13,135.00.
The worst performer in the session was Genmab (CSE:), down 3.94% or 85.00 points to close at 2,075.00. Coloplast A/S (CSE:) fell 2.66% or 21.80 points to end at 798.40 and Demanto A/S (CSE:) fell 1.37% or 4.30 points to end at 310.20.
On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, declining issues outnumbered advancing issues 104 to 42, with 14 stocks ending unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery fell 0.66% (0.48%) to $72.31 per barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude oil for March delivery fell 0.56%, or 0.44, to $77.85 per barrel, while February gold futures rose 0.32%, or $6.65, to $77.85 per troy ounce. It traded for $2,058.25.
USD/DKK remained unchanged by 0.00% at 6.81, and EUR/DKK remained unchanged by 0.01% at 7.46.
Dollar index futures rose 0.15% to 102.31.
