Investing.com – Danish stocks rose after the close on Friday, with gains in and sectors.

It rose 0.66% at the Copenhagen close.

The best performer of the session was Carlsberg A/SB (CSE:), rising 1.48% (13.00 points) to close at 888.80. meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) added 1.40% (2.74 points) to end at 197.90. Rockwool International B (CSE:) rose 1.36% or 25.00 points in late trading to 1,869.00.

The worst performer of the session was AP Moller – Maersk A/SB (CSE:), which fell 3.35% or 440.00 points to close at 12,680.00. AP Moller – Maersk A/SA (CSE:) fell 2.81% or 360.00 points to end at 12,460.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:) fell 1.45% or 2.50 points to end at 170.10.

On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, advancing issues outnumbered declining issues 77 to 64, with 20 issues ending unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery fell 1.00% (0.77%) to $76.59 per barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude oil for March delivery fell 0.67%, or $0.55, to $81.88 per barrel, while February gold futures fell 0.01%, or $0.20, to $1 troy ounce. It was traded at $2,017.60.

USD/DKK fell by 0.18% to 6.86, while EUR/DKK was unchanged by 0.00% at 7.45.

Dollar index futures fell 0.21% to 103.16.
