Denmark: ELCG appoints Solbujjar as new group CEO

Inflexion portfolio company European Lifecare Group (ELCG), Europe’s largest independent provider of travel clinics and vaccinations, has appointed Tanja Solbujjar as its new Group CEO. Mr. Solbujjar, who succeeds Andrew Poulsen, brings more than 15 years of expertise in organizational transformation and international management consulting across a variety of sectors including healthcare, energy and services.

“Her extensive management background and strong skills make her the right person to continue to maintain a business and people-led organization, ensuring we realize the significant growth potential within European Lifecare Group in the coming years. ” he said. The company said in her statement:

Poulsen is currently leading several significant business development projects.

Inflexion acquired 48% of ELCG in 2018. Inflexion partner Ben Long is a member of his ELCG board of directors. Bill Colvin is non-executive chairman.
