Finnish government to amend supply national security law
Today, the Finnish government has embarked on an important mission to strengthen the national supply security law. The Ministry of Economy and Employment has announced the establishment of a dedicated working group that will operate from January 15, 2024 to December 31, 2025. This initiative is consistent with the Government’s plan to carry out a comprehensive legislative review within the current parliamentary term. .
Working group mission
The main role of the working group is to draft government proposals to amend the law and government decrees on the necessary measures to ensure security of supply. National Emergency Supply Agency.
