IPG’s Kinesso appoints chief operating officer for UK and Ireland | News

Kinesso has appointed Diana Erskine as chief operating officer for the UK and Ireland of the recently combined company’s business.

Mr. Erskine will join the UK and Ireland executive team and report to Chloe Hawking, Chief Executive Officer and President of EMEA, UK and Ireland. She will also work with Group Managing Director Stuart Lan and Managing Director of Media Seun Odenye.

In his new role, Mr. Erskine will be responsible for the next three years of operations and achieving business and growth objectives. The agency is “leveraging algorithms and AI technology to enable the UK’s largest and most skilled digital marketing team to deliver unique customer experiences online”, and Erskine said the business will be “an organization that operates at scale”. Kinesso was formed last September with the merger of IPG’s Reprise, Matterkind and Kinesso into a single profit and loss account. Mr Hawking, formerly chief executive of Reprise Digital UK, became head of UK and Ireland, overseeing 750 staff in London, Leeds and Dublin, before becoming chairman of EMEA. Other leadership appointments include Mr. Lunn, a former managing partner of Open Partners, and Mr. Odeneye, a former managing director of Matterkind.
