Aoib Brennan, 16, joined Bohemians after leaving Dublin rivals Shelbourne FC.
The Clowney native arrives at Dalymount Park after a fantastic season in which she scored 20 individual goals and won the league and cup doubles for Shells under-17s all season.
Brennan told the club’s website: “It’s a huge honor to be able to sign for Bohs at this age. This is a new challenge for me and hopefully I can grab this opportunity with both hands.”
The under-17 international, who previously worked with Gypsy manager Ken Kiernan at Shelbourne’s academy, said: “Ken is a great coach and has high standards and high ambitions for this season. I met some of the girls today and they’ve all been very welcoming and I’m really looking forward to getting started. .”
Coach Keenan said: “Aoibuhe is a very technical player with great passing range.
“She excels in dead-ball situations and has scored 20 goals from the center of midfield this season.
“She is a versatile central midfielder with great soccer intelligence. She is one of the best young players in the country and I can’t wait to see the impact she has on the team.”
