The new book titled Multi-occupation housing legislation in Northern Ireland It is considered a must-read for landlords, tenants, their legal advisers, letting agents and local authorities.
written by a local lawyer charles o’neil This book describes the legislation and associated legislation relating to housing complexes (HMOs), which are an important element of housing in Northern Ireland.
This new book covers all aspects of the Multi-Occupation Act 2016 (NI), including the definition of HMOs in Northern Ireland, requirements, licensing application process, appeals and enforcement.
