Northern Ireland science and technology hub Catalyst has appointed Pauline Timane as its new head of entrepreneurship.
Catalyst is an independent, not-for-profit science and technology hub focused on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Northern Ireland.
Timoney will join Catalyst’s 50-strong team to create opportunities for new entrepreneurs and lead the success of programs such as Generation Innovation and INVENT, which are designed to support startup growth and success.
A veteran COO with over 18 years of experience in IT operations and leadership and a background in quality assurance engineering, Timoney excels in driving operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Timane is an active advocate for women in STEM fields as a mentor with Women in Business and a finalist for the 2022 and 2023 “C-Level Woman of the Year” award was selected by the
