Pandora UK and Ireland to offer special bonuses to all retail employees

Jewelery brand Pandora will pay special bonuses to around 2,600 retail employees in the UK and Ireland to thank them for their hard work in the fourth quarter.

The minimum payout is £100 but increases depending on the employee’s role. This was introduced in addition to the existing monthly sales incentive program for staff.

The move follows a better-than-expected group performance in 2023, with sales up 12% in the fourth quarter as a result of strong Black Friday and Christmas trading.

From October 2022, Pandora is increasing the pay of all employees in the UK and Ireland by 14% and is also providing employees with an increased quarterly jewelery allowance.

With the UK being its second-largest market, Pandora has added 99 new stores to its network of stores in the country since 2019 and increased its headcount by 80% over the past four years.

Pandora operates 234 retail stores in the UK and Ireland and continues to expand to cover key locations. The company recently opened a new flagship store in London’s Oxford Street, and is also looking to open stores in Glasgow’s Buchanan Street and Manchester Airport’s new Terminal 2.
