Renta Group has acquired Denmark-based general rental operator Jelle-Bo. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Svendborg-based company has nine employees and generates revenues of 2.6 million euros.

Renta described Jelle-Bo ApS as a “great addition” to its footprint in Denmark and said the acquisition will expand its network of rental warehouses in Denmark and further strengthen its presence on the island of Finn. .

Renta added that the acquisition of Jelle-Bo “lays a solid foundation for continued growth in the region.”
