Less than two weeks after Queen Margrethe II’s abdication, the Danish royal family has released a memorial to Countess Athena, who celebrated her 12th birthday.
The countess, who celebrated her birthday on Wednesday, is the only daughter of Prince Joachim and Princess Marie. According to AFP, Queen Margrethe II stripped the children of her youngest son Prince Joachim of the throne in 2022.
